Once your referral is received, our team will be in contact with the customer within 24 hours to get them started and verify your referral.
3 You Get Paid!
If your customer contracts to build a home with Simplicity within 12 months, you will receive 3% of the total contract price as a referral fee to be paid the month following the closing of the home.
To be eligible to Register Your Clients you must hold an active real estate license in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington.

We make the referral process as easy as possible, understanding the value of your time. Once referred, our Customer Resource team will immediately engage with your client, taking the time to work with them step by step through the process of plan selection, site review, permitting assistance and options and color selections so that you can continue running your business. We pay your referral directly to your Brokerage the month following the completion of the build.

Referral Program Guidelines
- Referral must be registered online prior to any contact between referred party (your Client) and Simplicity by Hayden Homes
- Agent must be present in-person or virtually for first meeting with client and Simplicity New Home Advisor
- Referring Broker must hold an active real estate license in OR, WA, or ID as of the date of payment of the referral
- Referred customer must purchase and build a home with Simplicity within 12 months to be eligible
- *Unlimited amount of referrals are eligible
- One referral to be paid per homebuyer, regardless of whether the homebuyer builds multiple homes with Simplicity
- If Customer is referred by two different Brokerages, the customer will determine which brokerage will be eligible for the referral (should a discrepancy arise)
- One referral will be paid per customer (this includes but is not limited to the Simplicity Friends & Family referral program, Trade Partner program, and Employee Purchase Program)
- The referral fee will be paid the month following the pouring of the foundation.
- Program can be changed, altered or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Simplicity by Hayden Homes

Partnering with us as your preferred builder on your land listings can attract more potential buyers leading to faster sales for you. If your buyer builds with Simplicity, we will pay you a Referral Fee of 3% on the total Contract Price. See our Co-Marketing Program Guidelines Below.
Co-Marketing Program Guidelines
- If the buyer of the land listing builds with Simplicity, land listing partner agent will receive a 3% commission. If buyer is represented by another broker, commission will be split equally between the two agents.
- To be eligible for a referral payment under the Simplicity by Hayden Homes Co-Marketing Program, a referring partner must be currently licensed as a real estate professional and in good standing with the state in which the referral takes place. Any real estate professional who is not in good standing at the time of the referral will not be eligible for a referral fee.
- A co-marketed listing is an MLS land listing with a picture of a Simplicity by Hayden Homes and a proposed price to build that home on the listed property.
- The co-marketed listing is the sole responsibility of the agent, and Simplicity by Hayden Homes assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
- The co-marketed listing will be reviewed and approved by Simplicity by Hayden Homes prior to posting externally.
- Documented proof of the listing must be presented to Simplicity by Hayden Homes prior to Simplicity by Hayden Homes going into contract with the customer.
- The referral fee for a Simplicity by Hayden Homes contract with land purchased through an approved proposed listing shall be calculated on the Simplicity home's total contract price at 3%.
- The agent representing the customer must complete the online Realtor Referral Form located at Simplicity-Homes.com in order to be paid. If the customer who purchases the land, does not build with Simplicity by Hayden Homes, no referral fee will be paid.
- The referral fee will be paid the month following the pouring of the foundation. The referring agent is responsible for submitting required forms, including W-9 and brokerage information prior to referral payment.
- Simplicity by Hayden Homes reserves the sole right to cancel or make changes to this program at any time, at the sole discretion of Simplicity by Hayden Homes. Also, the determination for eligibility within these rules and restrictions is solely at Simplicity by Hayden Homes' discretion.
